Dual-use products : The EU Commission published on the 14th of November 2025 the Delegated Regulation (EU)2025/2003, amending the list of dual-use items (original Regulation is (EU)2021/821). This concerns products that can be considered dual-use military / civil.
The regulation is available in all languages on https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_del/2025/2003/oj/eng
